This always happens on OTF at about 6PM UK time. I guess everyone is leaving their work computer and going back to their home computer, from whence they may continue their OTFing. Me, at that hour, I'm just enjoying lunch, or a post-lunch siesta - but posting on OTF when the European crowd isn't around isn't quite as much fun. It must be worse for Inca on the west coast, or Uncle Ethan and the boys down south, because they must have these enormous time delays.
